This photograph captures a moment during a Women's Liberation March in 1971. In the foreground of the photograph a woman in a Women's Liberation t-shirt is expressively talking to a man, this man is well dressed and has news camera behind him. It is possible that he is interviewing her for a newspaper or journal. There are many men and women in the background; they are all packed tightly together some even have signs. The photo has a sense of unrest and passion; the people are unsettled and agitated about the inequalities for women during this time. This photograph deals with the reaction of both men and women against the injustices of society.
