Description
This appears to be a hand-updated copy of the 1959 revision of Shellabear's 1943 publication, Listing of the railroad cancellations on the first three issues of the revenue stamps of the United States (50, 2 pp.; OCLC number 9025576). The title-page has been made up separately from the listing, which was reproduced offset, apparently.
It was in a notebook with a typed carbon list of descriptions about steamboat lines, with an entriely different format. See Part 2.
Given the presence of the shipping information, Part 2, this appears to be from the Arthur D. Dubin collection.
