This issue of Black Rap speaks on topics such as Black awareness, and the idea that most Black people have no clue how deep the seeds of racism reach in society. Also the topic of the usefulness of the prison system is discussed. These pieces are accompanied by several others, and then preceded by student poetry and other short writings.
