Description
This is the third issue of the second and re-purposed political opinion volume of Black Rap, an alternative newspaper produced by students at Lake Forest College, from the late 1960s to the early 1980s. It is highly politicized in content, reflecting the back lash against "black power" in the larger society and through the legal system. Among the issues discussed in this issue are recruitment of black faculty, the U.S. war in southeast Asia, and the Palestinian question following the 1967 war with Israel and occupation of the West Bank.
