This is the first official issue of Black Rap. It includes no issue or volume number. This first issue was constructed by the Black freshman class of 1968. This issue explores the Black college student's perspective on the progress of the Black race, the ideal relationship between Blacks and White, going to school what is predominately White, and the quality of leader for their Black campus groups.
