While pillar candles have their uses, they are much less popular. They are often used to set intentions in a space before a ritual and can also be carved with runes or sigils. Due to their size, they take much longer to burn out. This usually means one pillar candle has its set intention and can be relit multiple times. They are also used to set intentions for meditation.
