Rosemary

Also referred to as "the ancient herb", rosemary has been used by religious and medicinal practitioners for thousands of years. One of the most common uses, from ancient greeks to Hamlet, was using it to aid in hearing loss. Nowadays, rosemary's most common uses in witchcraft are for cleansing and protection. Many also use it to help with flu symptoms, rashes, and to set intentions in their cooking.
