Published for Bi-Weekly Staff Employees Lake Forest College.  This was a decade and a half effort, thanks to editor Virginia Crist (who conveyed this file to the Archives in 2011), to build community among the staff who provided academic and other support for the instrucitonal programs, faculty, administrators, and students. Regular detailed profiles of staff members were written by campus neighbor Mrs. Virginia Crist, long-time right-hand administrative assistant in the sciences, eventually for Prof. Jeong and his holography laboratories.  These interview-based biographical sketches are remarkable, indeed invaluable records of a generation of people who helped build and support the College in a period of considerable advancement in scholarly reputations among the faculty, etc.  Staff members' service, reported in updates on retirees, deaths, etc., reach back to the 1950s and forward in at least one case to the present with a person actively working on campus, early 2012--over a half-century of coverage.  The file apparently is missing some issues and some biographies by Virginia Crist (such as the issue for v. 2, no. 6).
