This is a small black and white snapshot image of East House when it caught on fire in 1922. The building was then renovated and is, in February of 2012, Moore Hall. The architects for Lake Forest Academy in 1893 were Pond and Pond, Chicago; they probably also worked on the renovation, adding a fourth floor of dormitory rooms and giving up the Elizabethan towers that gave the exterior character, gave it distinction.
